DUMAGUETE CITY — Negros Oriental has two new confirmed COVID-19 cases, assistant provincial health officer Dr. Liland Estacion announced in a press briefing this afternoon.
Estacion said that the two new cases are a 39-year-old locally stranded individual from Sta. Catalina town who arrived from Tondo, Manila, and a 24-year-old soldier from the Philippine Army’s 302nd Infantry Brigade who came from deployment in Cebu. Both are asymptomatic and under quarantine.
Negros Oriental now has 32 active cases.
